DHI has implemented an exceptional training and engagement program. We use online training tools, university-organized seminars, classroom-based learning, and on-the-job training. This program also includes quizzes to assess the knowledge acquired by employees who have undergone mandatory training. Throughout the year, DHI organizes compulsory safety training to cover industry essentials. These initiatives ensure that our workforce remains well-informed, well-trained, dedicated, and capable of effectively managing potential hazards and emergencies.

DHI firmly upholds the principles of honesty, integrity, and strict adherence to legal requirements in all its business operations. Every employee within DHI, and its subsidiaries, is expected to exhibit unwavering ethical values when interacting with customers, suppliers, government agencies, the public, and colleagues.

The DHI Board of Directors ensures:

  • Proper internal accounting practices and verification through third party auditing bodies

  • Management provides regular updates including performance against KPIs, budgets and information on material issues

  • The company adheres to adequately defined and distributed policies covering all ESG areas

  • Evaluation of the executive team for their integrity, vision, and accomplishment of strategic objectives

  • Business continuity

  • Legal activities are monitored and reported upon frequently and are managed with appropriate external legal support

  • Any conflicts of interest are fully disclosed and managed appropriately per DHI policies

  • Adequate protection of intellectual property

The Board of Directors is made up of investor representatives and DHI executives. The Board meets informally on a weekly basis and holds formal BoD meetings at a minimum of twice per year.
